My Adventures In Simple Baking: KitchenAid® Artisan® Stand Mixer

This blog is all about baking and sometimes cooking which I made. These are just simple baking and cooking stuff that I made following the recipes I found from different food blogs and websites. My passion for baking started in my early 20's, I really wanted to learn how to bake but we don't have any oven. Fast forward, I graduated from school, had work, got married and had a child and I completely forgot about baking. Then my friend suggested that we study Baking and Pastry Production and I remembered this is really what I wanted to do! After studying, I first bought a mini oven then after 2 years I got a bigger oven which is La Germania. Now I accept orders for cupcakes, cookies, banana bread, etc but on special occasions only coz I still have a day job. I still dream of having my own bakeshop and to do this full time but I know in time and with God's help I will fulfill that dream someday :)
